This is a time to focus on nourishing your baby and your body. Throughout every stage of pregnancy starting from Trimester 0 to Trimester 4 is an opportunity to load your body full of the best nutrients. At the same time, honoring where you are at, whether you have nausea, cravings or other specific nutrients you may be needing at that time.
