Order confirmation
After you have placed and paid for your order we will send you a confirmation to your e-mail address. The moment your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive another e-mail with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
You can even log into your customer profile for information about your order.
Approximate delivery time
2-5 business days.
Free delivery policy
Delivery is FREE within Klang Valley for all orders above RM100 (in a single receipt).
Please note that FREE delivery is NOT available during SALE period (Example : Storewide Discount, Festive Season Sale, Year End Sale, and any other SALE period).

3. Enter your Zip/Postal code and then click ‘Update Totals’.

Returns / Exchanges
We allow return of products that are damaged due to faulty manufacturing. In such cases, the damaged products have to be returned first, before we sent out a replacement.
Postage fee to redeliver the item is to be borne solely by the customer.
Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt.
