Upon making a purchase, you are required to provide us with basic information such as your Name, Address, Phone Number & Email mainly for postage purposes. We also keep your information in our database for communication purposes – newsletters, promotions, product arrivals & other highlights.
Security Policy
gugu.com.my does not store sensitive data such as credit/debit card information. We have an integrated payment gateway called SenangPay, which is registered with GeoTrust – a large digital certificate provider. Geotrust’s world-class SSL certificates encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that is cannot be read over the internet.
Our website does not in any way store your sensitive data within our database, all online banking (FPX) transactions are done through SenangPay which links directly to your online banking web.
